A Prayer of Thanks for Restoration
O Lord, my God, I lift my voice,
With grateful heart, I now rejoice.
You've guided hands both skilled & true,
And brought my car its life anew.
Thank You, Lord, for every part,
The gears, the engine, all the heart.
The transmission once in fear,
Now works again; Your grace is near.
Thank You, thank You, oh Divine,
For every spark, each wrench, each sign.
For wisdom placed in those who know,
How to repair and let it go.
I praise You for the gentle care,
The knowledge, skill beyond compare.
No cost too great, no task too small,
You watched o'er all, You blessed it all.
I marvel at Your loving hand,
That guides the work, that makes it stand.
Each bolt, each fuse, each sensor checked,
All orchestrated, Your will perfect.
O Lord, my thanks could fill the skies,
For seeing past what meets my eyes.
For in this car, You've shown Your might,
Restoring function, saving plight.
May every journey now I take,
Be shielded by the steps You make.
May roads be smooth, my path secure,
And in Your presence, I endure.
I praise Your name, both loud and long,
For You are mighty, good, and strong.
I thank You, Lord, for all You've done,
For repairs made and battles won.
Thankful, thankful, grateful, I stand,
With joy and faith held in my hand.
O Lord, my God, forever true,
All glory, honor, thanks to You!
